Overview
Cancellation by the Customer:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following schedule:
-Cancellations made 2 days prior to the scheduled excursion date will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Cancellation by the Excursion Provider:
In the unlikely event that an excursion needs to be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient participant numbers, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule the excursion for an alternative date or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original method of payment.
Changes to Bookings:
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying the number of participants, please contact our customer support team.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable charges or price adjustments.
